I have installed Eclipse Mars via the Installer from the Eclipse website and need to remove it from my computer but cannot find a way to do that.

I am running Ubuntu 15.10 64bit

Jacob,

You can just delete the folder of the installation. Note that by
default the installer installs using a bundle pool so the installation
itself is extremely small. In the installer itself you can switch to
advanced mode and use the Manage Bundle Pools button to Analyze... the
pool folder to garbage collect unused artifacts. By default the pool is
located in ~/.p2/pool; if you have no other installations nor want to
create new ones, I suppose you could delete that whole folder, but don't
make a habit of that because deleting the pool will cripple all existing
installations.
