I am new to Eclipse so while I was on their C/C++ programme today, I accidentally clicked something and the bar at the bottom of the screen which will display the various errors disappeared. Is it possible if anyone could tell me how to get that bar back?

Perhaps you closed one of the views? The context menu of the
perspective tab (near the upper right) has a Reset that might help.
