I am Launching AUT from binaries.
Once AUT comes up Control panel of RCPTT wont up up(Where we record the script).
The progress bar keeps running and at end shows the error msg :'time out aut does not respond'.

At first glance Console log message looks fine.
I tried in RCP TT IDE and in Eclipse Luna in both case got same error.
RCP Testing Tool IDE Version: 2.0.2 M4
Eclipse Luna 4.4.2 RCPTT Version 2.0.1.201508250506

What cab be done to solve this problem ?

Thanks
Ganesh

RCPTT can only works after the splash is away and workbench comes out. So if your application need any actions(click any button or input login access) before workbench comes out, then RCPTT can't work for it. You need some workarounds to skip the actions.

In my case there is no action required to load workbench.Once AUT is launched initially splash screen comes then the workbench is up.

Even though AUT Workbench is up the RCPTT Control Panel( Record dialog ) wont come up.RCPTT is not able to recognize that AUT Is up and running (The progress monitor at background keeps waiting and after some time i get a message 'time out aut does not respond')

Thanks
Ganesh

I have the same issue with two of my applications.
They are launching just fine but RCPTT is not able to recognize that they are up and running and after a while there is a "time out aut does not respond".
I'm wondering if it's not due to the LifeCycle both applications have..
