Cannot find HTTP Preview server (Eclipse Mars.1 w/ WTP) [message #1715589]

When I try to create a new HTTP Preview server. I have no Basic folder in my window :
(Cf Capture d'ecran)

I installed only WTP on a fresh install

I have exactly the same issue. No Basic folder under Servers and hence no Preview Server. I am running on Ubuntu and my Eclipse is Mars.1. My Java reports 1.8.0_66.
