Hi all,
since Titan is not a gui test tool, can it be extended to have some gui support during testing?

for example, during encoding, pop up a dialog with predefine value and waiting for a confirm form a tester.

regards
Hongfu

Hi Hongfu,

Titan has it's own Eclipse -based IDE , see :

https://github.com/eclipse/titan.EclipsePlug-ins

which can be downloaded from :

https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/tools.titan/downloads

The document package on the same link contains the Eclipse plug-in installation instructions.

The plug-ins contain graphical utilities to develop, build, execute the TTCN-3 code in interaction with the Titan executor.

Another possibility to control execution from Java is to use the Titan Executor API:

https://github.com/eclipse/titan.core/tree/master/titan_executor_api

I hope this helps

Best regards

Elemer
