Hi every one,

I'm a newbie to QVTOML development.
I want to trace QVT statements executed by the QVT interpreter.
Can any one tell me where I should start with? which projects from QVT GIt.
I strayed and have no specific directions in the pool of the plugin projects in QVT Git.

Thanks for advance.

Hi

The QVTo Project page

https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/modeling.mmt.qvt-oml/developer

has been updated to mention the ability to use OOMPH as an easy install
of QVTo from GIT for developers.

Ed Willink

Hi Ed Willink,

In fact, I have already had the source code from git.
What I'm asking is when a QVT transformation is executed, I want to trace or record all statements or steps that the QVT interpreter has passed. It sounds like debugging but I want to save these steps persistently.

Hi

In the launch configuration you can select whether and where to trace.

The *.qvttrace file is a normal EMF model.

[It is proprietary since the QVT standard is not yet precise on what is
traced or how.]
