How to add icons to Table rows [message #1712310]

in the basic family example, i notice that when you created a table, there are icons on the rows (of man and women).

could you please explain how to change\add icons to table rows?

anyone, please?

I'm also using Xtext to build the DSL, in the Xtext outline I see my own custom icons, but they are not "visible" by Sirius.

Hi,

There is nothing to do to have the icon on lines of table. The joined
screenshot shows an example of a simple table made with EcoreTools [1].
The corresponding table description is here [2].

So I guess that the icons in your example comes from the ecore tools definition, right?

But, what if I'm using Xtext integration?
I've created a model with xtext and then I use Sirius tables. When i open the table i get diamond shape icons as in the following screenshot index.php/fa/23779/0/

Do you know how can I change these icons? (somewhere in Xtext, i guess)

No, they come from the EMF Ecore edit plugin (org.eclipse.emf.ecore.edit).

You need to generate the edit plugin associated to the metamodel. You
can have a look to [1] Integration with EMF, especially "...From the
derived Ecore model and its generator model, we generated the edit
plug-in (needed by GMF) and added some fancier icons..."
