Your code is full of errors. It looks like your Target Platform doesn't
have the things needed to compile, let along to be able to run.
What's in your Window -> Preferences... -> Plugin Develop Environment ->
Target Platform?

Sonia,

This doesn't answer my question. Give your previous screen capture
with compile errors, it seems evident that tour target platform doesn't
contain what's needed to even compile the code, let along to run it.
Here you show me what you've downloaded but that doesn't tell me why the
code doesn't compile; that's an issue of what's in your target platform,
so you'll need to focus on what I've asked.
