Hi,

Proxy settled up (including http protocol) and I can install any new software. However, I can't read online content from "Welcome" page. For example, for "Eclipse Code Recommenders" in the "Overview" panel, the web page located at url http://www.eclipse.org/recommenders . I can open that url from my external web browser in a standalone mode. I have setup "Help" option to use external web browser and it works for offline help. Just for the online web page I have connectivity issues for both internal and external web browsers. E.g.:

Unable to load page
Problem occurred while loading the URL
http://www.eclipse.org/recommenders
Cannot connect to destination (www.eclipse.org)
"

Not a big deal and there is work around, but annoying.
