I am using Eclipse indigo, and followed the vogella article to build the keybindings, I have correctly added a custom scheme with parent as :
org.eclipse.ui.defaultAcceleratorConfiguration

however, whenever I launch the product i do not see it the first time, when I launch it second time, I see it.

I see that in the user folder pref's, there is something called
org.eclipse.ui.prefs->located in the user workbench under .plugins->org.eclipse.core.runtime

If this is deleted, then I dont see shortcut keys associated to my context menu.

How to approach investigation for this
