I hope the following Helps Describe my problem
eclipse.buildId=4.5.0.I20150603-2000
java.version=1.8.0_51
java.vendor=Oracle Corporation
BootLoader constants: OS=win32, ARCH=x86, WS=win32, NL=en_US
Framework arguments: -product org.eclipse.epp.package.jee.product
Command-line arguments: -os win32 -ws win32 -arch x86 -product org.eclipse.epp.package.jee.product

Hi,

please provide more details;
It doesn't satrt but:
- does the splashcreen displayed?
- does the window of eclipse dsplayed and tehn crashed?
- Do you have an error popup?
- Do you have a ;configuration.log file dumped?
- do you have other errors in the file that you mention?
- Does other version of Eclipse working?

After hours of investigation, I got eclipse Mars to come up to splash screen.
I took out Java 8 jre and replaced it with JRE 7.

Now I am able to bring up my workspace, compile and function.
I do need to move this code to JRE8. When I do I am back to log error and eclipse does not start.

You've given very little information about what you've tried; try giving as much detail as possible. Start with telling whether or not you followed the instructions found in the Announcement at the top of this forum titled "Eclipse Won't Start? READ THIS FIRST"

In general, the more effort you put into the question, the better responses you'll get.
