Eclipse UserFriend
Hello.

I am running Lubuntu 15.04 with Eclipse Mars. I had added a .gtkrc-2.0 file to my $HOME where I set a default font. I had also changed my Openbox skin. Now Eclipse uses the default font for the editor. The problem is that said font is proportional.

I have now deleted my .gtkrc-2.0, removed my Eclipse workspace, and reinstalled Eclipse. I removed all the fonts on the system, except my preferred editor font, and then the editor used it. However, when I restored all the fonts on the system, Eclipse went back to using the proportional font.

Now here's the weirdest part. When I go to Colors and Fonts, and I go to change the Text Font, the font selection dialog shows the correct font, but when I hit ok and return to the preferences dialog, the font sample shows the wrong font.

I've been beating my head against this problem for about a day. Thanks for any help you could give.

Peace... Sridhar
