When I edit text in the default text editor in the Workbench, the marker bar is white like the background. Markers show up fine, including bookmarks and tasks. Clicking it works fine. But the empty space on the bar is not a contrasting color, like in the Help screens.

Based on my reading, this may be due to my Ubuntu color scheme. Is there a doc that relates Eclipse UI elements to the Ubuntu (or Linux) settings that control them? Or is there another way to go?

I am running Luna (Service Release 1a , 4.4.1, Build 20150109-0600), on an up-to-date Ubuntu 14.04 platform with Unity UI, on a mature Dell Optiples GX-620, with a decent Radeon 6570 Graphics card.
