How integrate PyDev into RCP app [message #1698286]

Hi,

I recently moved from eclipse 3.x to e4, in 3.x i has a rcp app working with pydev perspective and other features.

Now, i want to do the same in e4 but i can't; i read all the post i found with similar problems but i can't figure out.

Can somebody tell me how i can do this?

To do this on Eclipse 4 you basically do it just the same way as you did in Eclipse 3. I have not looked closely at pydev but the "IDE stuff" is usually dependent on the 3.x APIs so you likely need to run this on the compatibility layer, i.e. it *should* be a straight forward migration of just pulling your features onto a target platform based on a suitable Eclipse 4.x version.
