Can't find "initialize ecore diagram file" [message #1697564]

I can't find "initialize ecore diagram file", so can't generate *.ecorediag.

I created a new Ecore Model Project and tried to import the file which is also Ecore Model Project developed by other team member. But when I right-click on the *.ecore, "initialize ecore diagram file" doesn't show up. Only "initialize ecore diagram" shows up. My team members also don't know why.

I've tried Window -> Preferences -> General -> Capabilities -> Enable All. But, still, it doesn't work.

i think with the release of Ecore Tools 2, this button has been renamed.
