Hi,

is it possible to create template functions in QVTo?

I have a function which I would like to use for several object-types (as in and output). Not all of them have a common interface, also I dont want to return just that interface and change the objects later back via "oclAsType()".

Thank you in advance!
Thomas

Hi

One day.

The current OCL 2.5 activities involving UML alignment imply that OCL
will support UML templates. This in turn means that QVTo will support
UML templates. You'll find a prototype of this in the current
Pivot-based OCL. It is a bit marginal as to whether a prototype
Pivot-based QVTo will be available in Mars+1.
