Hi.
How can I create my own Look and Feel (Window frame, buttons, etc)?

I have been searching this for about 2 hours now. I've found a few websites that tell me how, but they were a few years back. I have a feeling they won't work because they are out of date. So I thought I'd ask here.

As of Eclipse 4.x there's a lot you can do, but it's geared towards developers who are producing custom RCP products/applications on the Eclipse 4 platform, not users styling Eclipse IDE.
There is a lot of info out there on the topic of "eclipse styling" or "e4 styling", but one good place to start is here: http://www.vogella.com/tutorials/Eclipse4CSS/article.html

Thanks. But how do I setup the project before using this?

Edit: Is e4 (Eclipse 4) a plug-in?

e4 was the name for the Eclipse 4.x project (a major rewrite of the core platform) before it was deemed "ready for primetime" and used as the basis for all Eclipse package downloads. There is lots of informational material out there that refers to "e4" when it means "as opposed to Eclipse platform 3.x."
As I said, to use this you have to be building an Eclipse-based application. Search for guides or tutorials on Eclipse RCP to get started in that area. But be aware, it's not a small or trivial topic.
