Hi,

In Notepad++ there is a key combination (Alt+D) to compare the last two windows. Is there anything similar in Eclipse?

Have you checked the Marketplace for plug-ins?

Your question doesn't seem to match the summary (maybe that's me), but you can just pick two files and right-click->Compare them with each other.

There is a AnyEdit plug-in that do it.

AnyEdit is a great plug-in. I've used it for many years. Among other
things, it can be set to clean up dead white space.
