I don't understand what you are trying to achieve and IMHO your issue is not related to NatTable.

sir i am changing value on cell and then after go to other cell at that time new value update to database table.
sir you have any idea about this problem and is it possible or not ?

I also already answered that question in another thread you opened. Use a custom UpdateDataCommandHandler as explained at the bottom of https://www.eclipse.org/nattable/documentation.php?page=editing
