AUT connection failing [message #1691598]

Hi,

When I run the product under test, the product is getting launched, after some i m getting a pop up "AUT connection has been failing for 537.0 seconds" .

index.php/fa/21485/0/

I have attached the error log for the reference.
Kindly help me in solving the issue.

Please attach error log again, it was attached with an error.
Also could you please provide us with some additional information which typically helps us to investigate AUT startup issues:

Original <your AUT>.ini, <your AUT>/configuration/config.in and <your AUT>/configuration/org.eclipse.equinox.simpleconfigurator/bundles.info (if present)
RCPTT-generated config files: <rcptt-workspace>/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.pde.core/<your aut name>/config.ini and <rcptt-workspace>/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.pde.core/<your aut name>/org.eclipse.equinox.simpleconfigurator/bundles.info (if present)
Generated .launch file: <rcptt-workspace>/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.debug.core/.launches/<your aut name>.launch

In all files above please feel free to remove/replace any information you consider to be proprietary, we are only interested in Eclipse platform-related bundles and options

Hi Olga,

Thanks for the response.

I am attaching the additional information/ log files you would need.
I have renamed certain sensible information, apart from that the logs are unchanged.

Hello Abhirami K,

There is an error in console log:

Caused by: com.continental.license.internal.core.InvalidLicenseException: The license is invalid for the product CESSAR-CT_3209

It seems that license verification is failed for your product, could you please check it?
Please try to run your AUT with correct license with RCPTT based on Mars?
What is the result?

In the previous case there is a problem with product license.
Which version of RCPTT do you use?
Could you please attach additional details for diagnostic:

AUT Console.log
Original <your AUT>.ini, <your AUT>/configuration/config.in and <your AUT>/configuration/org.eclipse.equinox.simpleconfigurator/bundles.info (if present)
