web service cannot be deployed [message #1691529]

Tomcat v7.0 Server at localhost[started, synchronized]
However, when I put
localhost:8082 it gives error

HTTP Status 404 - /
type Status report
message /
description The requested resource (/) is not available.
Apache Tomcat/7.0.12

I can go to tomcat website after I run the server through the console using startup but not through eclipse what should I do ?? Any help will be much appreciated.
