Change notifications (Addition, deletion etc) of the CDO model.

Should I register CDOModificationTrackingAdapter to my CDOResource in someway?

Use normal adapters in combination with a change subscription policy in the view options for that.

No, that's just to maintain the state of Resource.isModified().
