I have a question. Can i use a Class inside VSP as a Domain Class for my .odsign file?

Yes in theory.
But I don't think it's a good idea. The problem is that in this
situation, your metal-model can not be deployed without your VSM
(.odesign file).
Generally, the life cycle of the meta model and of the VSM is not the same.
