I am a beginner with programming eclipse plugins. I need to develop a headless plugin which will import a project interchange file (containing old source code) into a toolkit developed on top of Eclipse, let the toolkit migrate the source code to current version, then export it again as a project interchange file.
I already successfully implemented a "Hello World" headless plugin, but I am still far from the goal and I have no clear idea about how to manage the import and export which I need to do.
Could you please provide me with some hints for the next steps of my implementation?
