I am used to a Loop Node that has three sections (Setup, Test and Body), similar to that shown in www.sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/9.2/standard_uml_models/loop_and_conditional_nodes2.html
Please can someone explain how to use the Loop Node in Papyrus as in this example i.e. in a very simple way
Thanks

Hi Chris,

Papyrus doesn't provide any specific help for defining such LoopNodes. The UML Specification mentions (UML 2.5 16.11.4):

Quote:
No standard notation is defined for ConditionalNodes, LoopNodes or SequenceNodes

The general idea is that any node inside the LoopNode may be graphically grouped in any way you like, and then you use the Properties page to identify which one(s) is/are in the Setup, Test or Body. If additional grouping is required, then you should have a single "Setup", "Test" and "Body" node (One for each), and add the details inside each (More or less like your example, except that the Body/Setup/Tests are not graphically explicit)

Regards,
Camille
