After setting up a directory structure and creating a dynamic Web project, I tried to create a new Servlet: New/Servlet. It has my Project name, but when I try and tell it the Source folder, it says
'Source folder path must be a workspace relative absolute path.' When I choose Browse, I can go no further. I cannot get any kind of path into the Source folder?

This seems like a bug that should be reported, with more detail about the project layout, https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=WTP%20Java%20EE%20Tools&component=jst.servlet .
