Eclipse on high screen resolution display [message #322598] |

Hi,
I installed Eclipse on a laptop with a high resolution screen -
1920x1200 at about 145 DPI. Most of the things look fine - GTK (on
Fedora 8) picked the right resolution and scales all the fonts
correctly. The annoyances that remained are that all the icons look tiny
and all dialogs seem too small.
Is there a way to tell Eclipse to use high resolution icons and to scale
windows according to the font pixel size?
Thanks,
Yuri

No, Eclipse (Platform and IDE) does not have a solution for icons for
different dpi.
For me, this is a problem, too. But -sadly- there is no plans to improve the
usability for high resolution screens:

For those of us who can't yet afford such a luxury, it would be fun to
see a screenshot at least ;)
