You can download the Zip version of the update site for Papyrus 1.0.2:
https://www.eclipse.org/papyrus/downloads/
Dependencies (and extra-plugins) will still need to be downloaded online, but at least this should help

Hi Camille!
While downloading the zip file was possible (but not from all the listed sites though), the installation stalls at stage 2 (it first took an eternity to get there) with the text "Cannot perform operation. Computing alternate solutions, may take a while. It probably takes more than that, after 5 minutes I gave up waiting...
This was the resulting message>

Today I tried around for other Eclipse update sites and found no-one to work!
After some googling I found that the culprit was the proxy settings of my computer. On my previous computer the setting was (and had been for many years in my company) manual proxy selection. But on this new computer the IT department had set it to automatic detection.
After setting the proxy to manual SR2 Papyrus installation works!
So, it appears I have cried Wolf when there was none....my sincerest apologies for this.
Regards,
Tomas
