I would like to know how do I customize the width of each field on the report (please have a look on the attachments, I would like to design the report like as P1.jpg to P2.jpg)?

You can set the column width in the properties tab.

so I must done this in grid, table (insert label, text element or field in dataset) rather than just in putting the label, text elment or field in dataset and set the the width in properties tab,right?

Yes, in order to create an output like your p2 screenshot you will need to use a grid or a table in order to structure the data.
