Hello all,

I was wondering if their was a reference sheet or user guide to Stem that
someone had.

I am also looking for information concerning using the stochastic SEIR
model.

Shaun,
the "user guide" is the "help" built in to STEM. Admittedly, it is
incomplete, but will be expanded and refined. There is also the wiki that
is available off the main STEM page
http://www.eclipse.org/ohf/components/stem/

The code for the stochastic SEIR model is in the code base but currently
disabled pending some more implementation effort (test cases, etc.) If you
have specific questions post them here and we'll do our best to answer.

Best Regards

Dan
