Do you know if there will be an update for GMF Tooling?

We are using Eclipse 202206 with Apache Batik* plugins version 1.14.0, but when GMF Tooling is installed (3.2.1 /3.3.1.a version), it overrides the Apache Batik* plugins version with an older version of 1.6.0.

This causes conflicts because some features like BIRT look for Apache Batik* plugins with version 1.7.0 or 1.14.0.

AFAIK, GMF Tooling is abandonned.
The last release is from 2016 (https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/modeling.gmf-tooling), and the last commit on the git repo is from late 2015 (https://git.eclipse.org/r/plugins/gitiles/gmf-tooling/org.eclipse.gmf-tooling).
