You did not read the requirements for CDT2.0M5!

Where can i find the requirements for CDT2.0M5?

If you look carefully at versions (http://eclipse.org/tools/index.html) of
CDT and Eclipse, CDT 2.0M5 requires Eclipse R3.0M5.

How about reading the download page?
Its thoroughly written there, which version runs on which eclipse.
