confirm a request to download a file, which happens to be the one I am

It appears that the page I am editing is linked in some way to Internet
Explorer. Asking for help brings up the Internet Explorer help.

Is there some setting I may have that causes it, and is it linked to
Eclipse itself or PHPEclipse?
