Open sourceFile In Edior from CommandLineInterface [message #719847]

Hello All,
I am trying to implement the Command Line intetrface.
In this if I input the sourceFileName, it should open into the editor, if it exists.
otherwise it should give me the error msg saying no such file exits in the project.

Please help me...
