I have a Zest graph node which delegates to a Figure containing a Label. When I change the label text to fewer characters, and applyLayout(), the node redraws properly in a smaller size. However, when I change the label text to more characters and applyLayout(), the node doesn't resize to be larger. So, there is a curious asymmetry here.

Basically my question is, what are the node/figure operations I should be invoking so that a node's size and shape are completely recomputed, as they were when it was first created?

Sounds like a bug - it would be great if you could file a report and attach a snippet with some code showing the issue: http://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?component=Zest&am p;product=GEF
