Installation failure for ECUT plugin [message #649828]

I tried to install the ECut plugin in Eclipse on Ubuntu. However when I add the url http://sourceforge.net/projects/ecut/ to the site section of Help->Install New Software in Eclipse(after installing cppunit through terminal in Ubuntu), I get the error that no files are present in the repository. I downloaded and tried by giving the local path to the archive too but was not successful.

Can you pl. suggest a solution asap? Thanks in advance.
