Hi Markus,
Buckminster will compile everything according to the settings of the workspace. We don't perform a separate (external)
compile of the Java code. Things are really built in the exact same way as they are in your IDE.

You can set workspace JDK compliance to "1.5", "1.6" etc. using the command:

buckminster setpref complianceLevel n.n

If you want more fine-grained control, you must provide that using exported preferences or a pre-initialized template
workspace.
