detecting locked workspace not working in 3.2 [message #453565]

After migrating to eclipse 3.2 when I start two instances of my RCP
application I do not get the popup informing the user that the workspace
is in use...do I need to include a plugin to get this functionality.??

how did you realise the lock? (never done that)
