how to get Update Classpath functionality for non-plugin? [message #42808] Wed, 21 May 2003 15:31

I'm running 2.1-I20030507 on w2k. I work on plugins, and have gotten
very dependent on rclick>Update Classpath. Now I'm doing some
research, for which I just got some sample code which consists of
non-plugin projects. When I import them, I get lotsa "Missing required
Java project:" redXs, for things like org.eclipse.swt that are in my
PDE target platform (Window>Prefs>PID>Target Platform). But since
they're not plugins, I can't just tell them to Update Classpath. I'm
suspecting I hafta go into each project's Java Build Path and add the
appropriate jars by hand, which sounds like work :-(

Is there a magic for non-plugin projects as easy as rclick>Update
Classpath? If not, what's the easiest alternative that will solve this
problem?
