getting data into more than one column in a TableViewer [message #39845] Thu, 24 March 2005 17:12
Eclipse UserFriend
Hi,
I am trying to work out how to put data into a table, based on the RCP
part3 tutorial. I looked at the google IBM tutorial and have tried to
emulate what was done there but it don't work. If I just reimplement the
necessary getColumnText of my LabelProvider (like it is done in the google
example), I still only get one column. The only difference I can see is
that they have the setInput method passing a GoogleSearchResultElement,
whereas the RCP tut passes the result of ViewPart's getViewSite(). It
seems to be something to do with the ContentProvider but I can't quite
work out what...
Could someone enlighten me?
Cheers
Antoine
ps. Is this the right list to be posting these sorts of questions?
