Preferences -> Java -> CodeStyle -> Code Templates -> Comments -> FIles

but it doesn't take on "new file". Could someone point me to where I have
to enable this please? I'm running Version: 3.4.1
Build id: M20080911-1700 on Ubuntu 8.10
