Open Web Browser Editor to a URL programmatically [message #190901]

Eclipse User

I want to add a button to my perspective that a user can click which
will open the eclipse internal web browser editor to a certain URL.
Adding the button is easy - anyone know how to open the internal web
browser to a URL?
