i can not install GlassFish [message #1848697]

I am trying to configure glassfish serve in Eclipse JEE. However when i try to install the glassfish tools i receive this error.
No repository found at https://download.eclipse.org/glassfish-tools/1.0.0/repository/.

also when i am trying to add server and going to oracle folder i can not see glassfish listed there .. see the attached file

i went to add the link manually under available software site
https://download.eclipse.org/glassfish-tools/1.0.0/repository/

but i am receiving error no available software found

any advice about how could i solve this problem

Ecplise Version is :
Version: 2021-12 (4.22.0)

JDK: 16
JRE:jre1.8.0_311

The Glassfish Tools project, and the Sapphire project that it made use of, were both archived. The tools were never properly updated to work with versions newer than Java 8.
