Create a clone of Web Dyanmic project in Eclispe [message #1827155]

When I tried to Create a clone of Web Dyanmic project in Eclispe. I tried copy and paste with new name. When I tried running the project getting the following error
Multiple Contexts have a path of "/S04l01_-_Session_under_JSP_Overview".

When I tried refactor still getting the same message
