Cannot perform operation. Computing alternate solutions. [message #1821001]

Hi, I'm trying to install the plug in, without success.
Here is the log being downloaded:
"Cannot perform operation. Computing alternate solutions.".

At the end of the attempt, download failed and installation not complete.

Version: Photon Release (4.8.0)

Any suggestion?

Look at the details shown in the installation dialog.
Photon is very old, can you upgrade or installer a newer release ?
The latest Eclipse release is 2019-12 [1].
