Application Life Cycle - PostContextCreate not called [message #1786885]

I've read several blog posts that talk about doing startup tasks during application startup by registering an application life cycle manager in the product definition. I've done that, but for some reason, the method annotated with @PostContextCreate is never called.

It does call the @ProcessAdditions, @ProcessRemovals, and @PreSave methods as I would expect. It just never calls the @PostContextCreate. Any thoughts?

I had this kind of behaviour if I tried to inject something that was not available yet.
Try removing all parameters. Is the method called now?
