I'm in the process of mapping the USRealm Header Race and ethnicity.

I was able to mapped the additional Race code as follows.

patient.getSDTCRaceCodes().add(setAdditionalRcae(race));

But when i try to add the additional ethnic group codes as given in the specification, there were no method to add SDTCethnicGroupCodes.

Could you please let me know how can i add these SDTC ethnic group codes.

I'm creating the Patient as Patient patient = CDAFactory.eINSTANCE.createPatient();

May be don't have this SDTC ethnic group option because of that or is there any other way to create a patient with SDTC ethnic group codes.

I have the same problem. I also create my patient the same way. Have you found a solution to this?

sdtc ethnic group code is not available in the c-cda model and we will include it shortly which will resolve the issue. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
