rcp application not generating executable after Jenkins build [message #1741619]

I am migrating rcp standalone application created on eclipse 3.x (Indigo) to eclipse 4.5.2 (Mars).
I have included all the dependencies and working fine on eclipse 4.5.2.

I am building it on Jenkins using ant file, Build is successful and the installer got created.
But after the installation, the launch file(.exe) for application is missing.

And a *cli.exe(command line executable) file for same application is also there. On running it, I am getting the below error:

Error: Could not find or load main class org.eclipse.core.launcher.Main

Any guesses, what is the problem? It's really urgent for me to fix it.
