The Eclipse ICE team does not actively monitor this forum. Instead, we actively monitor our three mailing lists, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

For users - https://dev.eclipse.org/mailman/listinfo/ice-users
For core, plugin and other developers - https://dev.eclipse.org/mailman/listinfo/ice-dev

General inquiries without joining the list may be sent to eclipse.ice.project <at> gmail <dot> com, although all inquiries sent to this address may be forwarded to one of the mailing lists by the team.

You are still welcome to post on the forum, but if you do, please let us know by email that we should take a look at your post.
