Hi all.

On behalf of the whole team, I'm happy to announce the official
availability of the Sirius 3.1 release. Congratulations to everyone
involved!

Version 3.1.0 was released on 2015-10-15, with 3.1.1 closely following
on 2015-10-29, with only a few bugfixes.
